    Hi,

Is it possible to give employees a quicker way to request leave, and see their remaining days – like a shortcode or something that can be placed on an independent page, rather than them having to visit WPHR Manager?

    Thanks.

    Hi

If I understand your meaning correctly, you can default employees to the front end view in the Pro version – see here:

    Hi there.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Whilst that is helpful, its not really what I wanted to do exactly.

The employee profile page is not something i envisage them wanting to access very often, if at all. So what I’d like to do is embed the “take a leave” button on other pages they will visit. I’d also like to be able to embed their leave calendar onto another page.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks again ??

    Hi

We do not have anything like that at the moment. I am sure it would be possible to create a shortcode to display the ‘Take a Leave’ button and one to embed a leave calendar – you would have to be logged in to use both so it would identify the shortcode although it might also be possible to add ID parameters to the shortcode to link it to an employee id – we’d need to look into that. We could provide a quote for the work – contact us via the form here https://www.wphrmanager.com/help/ rather than via this Forum if that’s of interest.

Hi – I’ll close this as we are now communicating by email.
