Link SEO for Next Update

Hi plugin author (asgaros)

I am happy using your plugin, you always make update to improve this plugin. I have one important request that we need. It’s about link seo, as you know if we open a thread, the link url use thread id / post id, this problem is make our forum especially our thread hard to be detected by google. This will be good if the url use thread title, that’s my request, thank you.
