request of response (kindly urgent) for Video Background PRO

Hi all,
I have a Video Background Pro multiple licence (#licence sent via e-mail, account [email protected]) and trying to keep in touch with Blake Wilson since last March.
I wrote him several e-mails to solve an issue with VBP starting from 21 and 23 March, but I never received any sign or answer.
What’s going on? We were in strict contact since last 2019.

Anyhow: my issue is that the method to embed YoutTube movies (my public videos, not restricted) is not working.
I wish also to better understand the function “second”: from my understanding it should be the exact starting time of the movie,
in case I don’t want to start from its beginning: may I leave blank or in any case must write “0”?
