Request: Offer video library feature for other post types

  • My team is creating a video library for our brands, which would individual pages for videos. The videos will not live within the content, so we won’t be using blocks. Shortcodes can be cumbersome for a broader team. I love the library feature, but it is written in a way that can’t be extended to other post types easily. Perhaps a future feature would be customization options for that feature.

    Thanks! Happy to provide any additional help if you choose to tackle it. I’ve always thought Vimeo is a great option as a player in WordPress — especially for companies in the livestream game.
