Request: only enqueue recaptcha on USP page

    Currently the recaptcha js is loaded on every page, which affects pagespeed.

    Is it possible to only enqueue on pages with USP? Or at least a filter we can use to toggle it off with a custom check. Right now I have to hardcode it in library/enqueue-scripts.php
