Request plugin removal

    Hi,

    We are stopping support of customer service and team chat functions in Sonetel. A communication to customers using these services has already been sent on 5th Feb 2025.

    We would like to request that this plugin, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sonetel-website-chat/ is removed from the WordPress plugin store with immediate effect. Users using this plugin on our platform can continue using in accordance with the plan below.

    Here is the content of the communication sent to customers

    Dear <Name>, 

    We’re writing to inform you of upcoming changes to Sonetels team communication and customercommunication (chat) services, including the website widget and Facebook connection to the shared team inbox.

    Whats Changing?

    • On February 6th 2025, we will remove access to the Admin settings for these features in the Sonetel web app. However, you will still be able to reach them directly via their individual URLs until the final shutdown date.
    • On August 7th 2025, these services will be fully discontinued and no longer accessible.

    We understand that this may impact your current workflow, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions or need assistance planning your transition to another solution, our support team is ready to help.
