Request Quote – not working

  • Good evening,

    We are new to this plugin and seem to be struggling to get it working – if I click Request Quote it takes me to the product page and from there there is no request quote button? Any suggestions?

    Hi @bishbashbake,

    I apologize for the issues you are facing. Can you please let me know if you are have set a price for the product?

    If not, can you please set a price for the product and check if that fixes the issue?

    If the price is set and you are still facing the issue, can you please run a small test as below:

    1. Deactivate the Quotes Plugin.
    2. Check the product page. Can you please let me know if the Add to Cart button is present here?
    3. If yes, are you able to add the product to the cart and complete the order?

    Please let me know so I can help you look into the root cause of the issue.
