[Request] rel=”nofollow” in Insert/Edit Link Panel

I would like to see an option added to the Insert/Edit link popup in the visual editor which inserts rel=”____option___” into the link; or at least rel=”nofollow” option; so that such a thing need not be manually added using the HTML editor.

Alternatively, it would be really cool if someone could create a mod or hack for this.
