Request: Role management system

I’m using WordPress as a CMS and now I see the need of being able to create roles and add multiple roles to a user.

Currently I believe WordPress does not allow a user to have multiple roles?

You don’t need to add a Role Management System, but at least allow for a user to have multiple roles.
