Request Shipping Cost? Is this possible?

I’d like to set up a shipping option for anywhere outside of the UK with a ‘Request shipping quote’ feature. I can’t see a way of doing this in shipping zones. Is this possible using a plugin perhaps?

You’re correct, this is not possible using WooCommerce alone. I would suggest using this plugin:
