    Hello Jetpack Support Team,

I’m writing regarding a recent classification issue for my site, Oscar Boy. It has been flagged as a commercial site, but I can assure you that Oscar Boy is a non-commercial, independent film criticism website with no advertisements or revenue generation. I have maintained it as a passion project for over 15 years, and the site remains ad-free and entirely non-profit.

Oscar Boy serves as an independent voice in film criticism, and as a member of professional film associations, I am committed to keeping it accessible and free from any commercial influence. This misclassification affects the way Jetpack supports the site, and I believe reclassifying it accurately would allow us to continue providing quality content without monetization.

I’d be grateful if you could review the classification and update it to reflect its non-commercial nature.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

I’m following up on a support ticket I submitted three days ago regarding the recent classification of my site, Oscar Boy, as a commercial site. Since this classification impacts the way Jetpack supports the site, I’d appreciate if someone could review the ticket or advise on the expected timeline for resolution. Your assistance in accurately reflecting its non-commercial nature is crucial for us to continue providing content free from any monetization.
