    Hello, I’m linking my previous forum post 9 months ago in order to get a new site connected with Jetpack: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unable-to-set-up-jetpack-5/

    Hi @lljb3 –

    I have made the adjustment on our end. Please uninstall and reinstall Jetpack to cycle the connection. You should be able to reconnect without an issue.
