Request-URI Too Long

    I get this error when trying to delete a lot of mail logs at once:

    
Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    By a lot I mean 24. Lol, is it that much?

    And then it even does not let me delete 1 email log ???♀?

    That certainly is a strange issue. Especially since the issue occurs even when attempting to delete 1 email log on your end.

    This sounds like a server-specific issue considering the 414 error. Have you already contacted your website host regarding this issue? Perhaps they have some restrictions in place that are preventing long URIs in general.

    It’s hard to determine without knowing specific details about your server, but please start by contacting your website host and we can proceed from there.
