I noticed today that one particular gallery wasn’t showing the lightbox feature – giving the error in the title – and so I recreated the gallery from scratch, updated the page but still the same. So, I checked other galleries and all the ones that I checked gave the same message. The gallery thumbnails all appear but if you click on any of them then you get the same error.

I checked on here and google and the general opinion was that this was because of the addition of an SSL and thus https:// becoming https:// – so, I downloaded a plugin, backed up my db and then ran it.

This examined every table and searched for the http but found none. Upon further inspection of postmeta, termmeta and options (I didn’t look at any others) indeed all references to my url were properly formed with the https://

So, I’m looking for pointers as to what else I could try.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

  • Hi, @andyward75!

Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for any trouble!

On my end, I’m seeing the lightbox images load, but the thumbnails are appearing as broken images.

Since you’re using the premium version of Envira Gallery, would you mind contacting us at https://enviragallery.com/account/support/ so we can further investigate this for you? This forum is for Envira Gallery Lite (our free version), specifically.

    Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply – much appreciated. I have now contacted support and have resolved the problem by using the Envira tools piece and “Fix Migration”.

    Many thanks
