    Woocommerce logs displaying this error repeating nonstop:

    I have disconnected / reconnected multiple times already.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out!

    Can you try removing the connection, then disabling/enabling the plugin, before reconnecting it? 

    Before doing so, please disable all caching plugins, and clear the cache.

    If the issue persists, please share your System status report using PasteBin.

    I have tried removing connection, disabling, deleting and reactivating and still fatal errors

    Thank you for sharing the system information!

    Have you tried using the WooCommerce plugin for Facebook to make the connection: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/? As you have WooCommerce on your site, you can get more done with that plugin.

    Yes that plugin works fine, whats the difference between these plugins? Is there any benefit to using the Facebook for woocommerce plugin compared to Meta Pixel? Would I be missing any features?

    Hi @majorsaltogain ,

    The Facebook for WooCommerce plugin allows you to integrate the Pixel to your site, as well as sync the products from your site to your page, and create product sets.

    The only feature that isn’t available is the Test Events tool, but you can still test events from the Business Manager.

    Hi, we have suggested the other plugin as its target users are WooCommerce stores. Additionally, trying that plugin would show us if there is an issue with the assets being connected or if it is somewhere else.

    It is a better fit your site, and it could help troubleshoot the issues.

    Yes, I have stated in the previous message the other plugin works fine without any fatal errors so there is an issue with this plugin.

    Do let me know what the next steps I should take to resolve issues with this plugin.

    Hi @majorsaltogain ,

    Can you try the following:

    • Remove the WordPress integration?from Meta Business Suite
    • Temporarily disable any cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Delete the Meta Pixel plugin (and Facebook for WooCommerce?if you have installed it)
    • Reconnect to your page via plugin settings

    Please let us know if this gets rid of the error.
