Requesting a refund from a developer

  • Hi,

    Dos anyone know how I can request a refund from a developer whom I bought a plug in from via WordPress site?

    The plug in does not work.

    I have contacted the developer and advised him of the problem.

    At the beginning he seemed helpful, but now he has gone into ‘silence’ and does even reply to my messages.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m afraid that’s something you will need to sort out between you and your developer. There is nothing anyone here can do about that.
