Requests: 103, 103 cookies, No files listed to minify.

    I hope someone might can help me understand what’s happening with my w3 total cache settings when using cloudflare extension. I use this plugin on 12 sites without cloudflare with prefect results. 90%-95% page speed on all sites but this one http:www.xcurrent.org
    Two days ago I was reviewing the settings and decided to run a page performance test using yslow and gtmetrix with unacceptable results, Grade F use CDN, Grade F use cookie free domain (6 cookies were displayed), Grade F Specify image dimensions, Grade F Defer parsing of JavaScript. So started reviewing the current settings and everything seemed normal basically the same setting as I use on all my sites.
    I currently use the plugin’s regenerate thumbnails, EWWW Image Optimizer, Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions, W3 Total Cache, and they normally work fine and produce a grade a page speed.

    My basic settings:

    W3 Total Cache settings:

    Page cache enabled,
    minify enabled,
    HTML minify settings:enable
    Inline CSS minification enabled
    Inline JS minification enabled
    Don’t minify feeds disabled
    Line break removal enabled

    JS, Enabled to minify,

    Preserved comment removal (not applied when combine only is active): enabled
    Line break removal (not safe, not applied when combine only is active) enabled

    CSS minify settings: Enable
    Combine only
    Preserved comment removal (not applied when combine only is active) Enabled
    Line break removal (not applied when combine only is active) Enabled

    So next I installed the cloudflare plugin and added the website above to my cloudflare account using hostgator cpanel.

    This is my basic cloudflare settings

    CDN set to basic optimization, with minify,css,and JS enabled.

    Note I have no conflicts displayed when using either CDN minify settings or W3 total cache minify setting. I’ve even tried using both at the same time with no change in page speed.

    After activating the cloudflare plugin and adding the website my cookies displayed went up to 103 and and 103 request, the page speed ranges from 6.6 seconds to 28.06 seconds. But my overall grade displayed from gtmetrix is 93-94 page speed and 74-82 yslow even with 103,cookies,103 request and 28 second page load speed.

    1st question Why would I get a grade A 93-94% and C 76-79% when my page load speed is sometimes 28 seconds?

    2nd question No matter what settings I change using w3 total cache it does not seem to effect the page speed at all.

    3nd Question I noticed the Compatibility WordPress for this Plugin is Listed Broken :(. Please tell me this is a mistake!

    Update: I’ve restored the setting to default but the page speed and yslow score are still the exact same. No matter the setting I use rather advanced or just minimal the results are basically the exact same.
    Couldflare does not seem to be working correctly even though no errors are displayed, When i search the URL of images on my site they are still served from https://www.xcurrent.org/wp-content/uploads. I’ve already waited 24 hours or more to make sure the propagation process if needed was completed. This is a bit confusing as I’m not sure if this plugin is even working on this site at all? I’ve also removed the site from the cloudflare but still basically no change.
