Request/wish for new plugin – post hottness

not totally sure if this is correct place to share idea for a plugin but here it goes:

I have drupal background and it would be awesome to get some similar plugin than what Radioactivity -module is in Drupal. Here is the link for that: https://drupal.org/project/radioactivity

Basiacally what it does:
when user clicks post/page it gives the post/page gets “heat”/score (if click is outbound or on some actual url on your blog). Giving comments gives also. While post doesnt get much attention, it slowly cool down. So basically with this plugin it would be really easy to show hot posts. Also you can set how much hottness view, comment etc gives for the post. So view can give +25, comment +50. And then you after few hours, the score drops, lets say, -5. And after day -10 etc.

I dont think so there is anything similar on WordPress at the moment, but if im wrong, please show me some link. Thanks!
