Require a loader when the music is not been loaded

    Hello,

    I am facing an issue related to the music load time, so I need a loader to be displayed until the music file is been loaded or if it i been loaded in chunks then also loader to be displayed in the music list.

    Currently I have large files of music to be played, nearly about 1 – 3 MB, which takes much time to load on initial page load. So in this case the media is been shown but sound is not been heard as the music file is not been loaded. Once it is been loaded, then it starts to play, which takes at least 8-10 sec. So I need your help to display the loader until the music file is been loaded.

    I have tried all the options mentioned and guided by you for the sound to be played.

    Currently we are loosing users to the website, as they think the files are fake and not of proper music.

    I’m testing the audio players in your page, and they are playing smooth without delays, even, I’ve tested them with the incognito mode of browser with the cache disabled.

    Remember, you have the alternative to configure the preload as auto in the music players.

    Sorry to say, it is still taking time in Iphones and tablets. So basically I just need a loader to be set. Can you provide me the piece of code and specific place to keep it.

    The loading bar exists in the plugin, but you’ve configured the players to display only the play/pause buttons. If you configure the players to display all its controls, you will see the loading bar.

    We have tested with all your reference, that you have provide, but still the sound is not audible in most of the devices. The devices in which the player is not working are Iphone 7, iphone ma and max pro. Our client have these devices in which the player is not audible and does not play. Could you have a look at it.

    We have setup the new player with all the controls as suggested by you, but we haven’t found any success yet. In fact now the music is not audible with all controls enabled.

    I’m sorry, I don’t have now the exact devices you are referring, however, I’ve tested your web page using an iPad, and the players are working properly, please, watch the video visiting the following link:

    We haven’t heard from you, actually the issue is related to the mobile device, but you have checked it on Ipad device.

    We are seriously loosing users as most of the user prefer mobile browsing.

    Could you please check and help us to resolve the issue or let us know the setting that will be compatible with all the devices. We are eager to go with any methods you provide us.
