Require all users to change their password at next login

Does anyone know if there is a plugin or a way to force people on the next login to change their password either:

1.) Manually by the Administrator in the Admin section
2.) Or set it automatically to do so every 2 months or 6 months

Would like this feature to keep my blog even more secure. Thanks.
