Require ALT Text

    I feel like I’m missing something here, but I thought there was an option to require ALT Text on media? I need to be able to require all our school sites to enter ALT Text or mark as decorative, but only the checkbox shows up for Decorative. Note that I have searched, read line for line in plugin settings, am sleep deprived, and am accessibilitied-out while building 50 new sites. So forgive me if I’m missing what is right in front of me ??

    If the checkbox is checked, then the image is marked as decorative and alt text won’t be required. If it’s not checked, then the alt attribute will be required; there’s no need for any additional settings to do that – requiring the alt attribute is the default state.

    I agree with connie13. This would be a great feature to have. I also have a large school site and I need to be able to require staff to enter ALT text or mark the image as decorative. Some staff are better than others at remembering to add ALT text. Thanks!

    This is already a feature in the plug-in.
