‘require at least one language in common’ option not showing up in relatedness

Hello,

I am building a multilingual site using polylang. I followed the steps as shown in: https://polylang.wordpress.com/2013/05/03/polylang-and-yarpp/

However the option ‘require at least one language in common’ is not showing up for me under Relatedness.

The only options I see are:

Match threshold:
Titles:
Bodies:
Categories:
Tags:
Display results from all post types
Show only previous posts?

Both plugins are activated and I already tried deactivating and reactivating them again. Can you help me out how I will get the option to show up?
