“Require city in English” after entering two word city on checkout page

  • Hi, I use the plugin ALD- Drpshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce to connect to Aliexpress. My issue is the following: when the plugin is installed and you enter your address information on the checkout page, if you enter more than 1 word in the field “city” you get the message “Require city in English”. For example if you enter New York, you get this message and you cannot proceed further, but if you enter it as NewYork, it works fine. The issue comes from the plugin, I deactivated it and there was no such issue. How can I fix that. I use Google Chrome on MacOS Monterey v12.3

    At the moment I can’t check it because I don’t have a card to finish orders. However, I tested this option on my site, it’s alright with either New York or NewYork. If I filled in characters like, Korean or Mandarin, I got the message Require city in English

    If you don’t need to force your customers to enter billing details in Latin character, then you can disable it.
