    if Require Login Require that users be logged-in to purchase files.

    Why the personal information allows to write data without be logged-in, once you finish to write your personal data, you get the warming “ERROR: YOU MUST BE LOGGED INTO AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE”. too late, the users must spend time and maybe they don′t really understand, some times yellow warmings are not enought. Why if logged-id is require the space for the information are not hidden till you are logged-in ??

    It sounds like you haven’t displayed the login and registration forms on your checkout. If login is required, make sure you give customers the opportunity to login or register during the checkout process.

    Go to Downloads -> Settings -> Misc (tab) -> Checkout Settings (section) and select what you need for the Show Register / Login Form? setting.
