require login to view entire blog

what code could i insert into my header and footer so that the contents of my blog only appears if you’re logged in as a subscriber or above

ie., you see the header, footer, and sidebar, but no post information displays unless you’re logged in… it just says “sorry, you need to be logged in to view the contents of this blog.”
