Require moderation for membership activation

Hi,

I was happy to find this post:

but it didn’t solve my problem as I need to know which level of membership is one signing upto instead of “Applicant” level membership.

It is possible to implement “Moderate Mode” in the plugin cause I really wouldn’t want people signing up and I have all FREE memberships but with student specific data for parents.
