Require paypal adress to be same as shipping adress

That being said, I’d still like to offer some assistance:

we need to have the same shipping address as the address in Paypal

If I understand you correctly you want the shipping address from the WooCommerce checkout to be transmitted to the PayPal order so the shipping address in the WooCommerce order and PayPal order are identical. Or perhaps you want the default shipping address in the buyer’s PayPal account to be transmitted to the WooCommerce order (and override what was provided in the checkout?)

There are currently no settings for this, but the behavior could potentially be tweaked. We would need to fully understand your requirements, so it would be great if you could elaborate.
