Require Sermon Video?

Is there a way to make sure a sermon has a video posted before it’s published?
I’m looking at putting the most recent sermon on the homepage of my site and it’ll break the layout if it’s accidentally published without a video.

Or alternatively and possibly a better solution, is there a way to call the most recent sermon that has a video so if there’s a video recording mishap it would just stay on the sermon from the previous week because there isn’t a video. [If it matters a lot of our archives don’t have video as we just started recording, but those wouldn’t be on the homepage.]
