  • Is this the plugin in use:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sideposts/

    ??

If so, it is not being actively maintained.

This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Please use an FTP client such as FileZilla or your host provided file management tool(s) to rename the folder /wp-content/plugins/sideposts/ to
    /wp-content/plugins/old-sideposts/.

If any server cache is in use you may need to clear it manually. Review that with caching plugin/service.

I actually resolved this myself. The error was generated by the sidepost pluggin. I downloaded a fresh version and uploaded it to my site….and tada!!!…all is good now.
