Required Customization

As a non-profit, we have several funds to which donors can contribute. I need two different boxes with a pulldown menu on each. This would be the repository of the differnt funds and their minimum donation levels. Also I need to customize the donations levels with the radio dials.

I cannot truly rate this because I don’t have this up and running. I need these capabilities in order to make this plugin usable to me or I will have to choose another plugin.
