required field for post a comment

Hi
i manage https://www.dailygreen.it, an italian online newspaper and i use mailpoet to allow user subscribe our newsletter by checking a checkbox at the end of articles, as you can see clicking at this link. I would like to know if it is possible to get this checkbox as a required field.
