Required Field Still Required if Hidden

Hi there, I have something similar happening to (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/required-additional-field-not-recognized/page/2/?replies=5) but am not sure if it’s related or not.

Basically the issues is the zip code field in billing is set to required, and if I set my billing country to Zimbabwe for ex. where zip is hidden/not shown, it still shows up as a required field and doesn’t let me proceed to process the order.
