Required Field – Verification Notice

    I just installed the plugin (Lite) and it’s working well. Is it possible to display a “Missing Field” notification down at the bottom by the submit button, or have the page jump to the area with the missing required field when the visitor tries to submit? I know the required field is outlined in red and it says field is required, but people can’t see it unless they scroll up. I know the actual words of the validation message can be customized, but it would be great if the alert that info is missing was more prominent.

    I’m sorry to hear this isn’t working properly for you! Our forms should do what you’re describing — I made a screencast video of this to demonstrate so you could see it in action.

    There may be something occurring on your site, though, that is preventing this from happening properly. Would you be willing to share a URL with an embedded form so we could get a better look?

    Sure, you can share that with us here (using the ‘Complete a Form’ button on the right side).

    Please be sure to include any details from this thread in that message, as well, so we know what it’s in reference to ??

    Closing ticket: this issue was addressed in our private support channel. The issue came down to the issue of browsers handling CSS differently, specifically the way that different browsers interpreted this site’s sticky menu.
