Required fields

  • On our billing page there are a number of fields marked as required but I can still click ‘Next’ and get to the next screen without filling any of these in. Is there any way to prevent this?

    I just checked your site and I was able to switch to next step, although I didn’t fill required fields.

    Hi, thanks for your response. Your video actually shows the issue we are having, we don’t want the user to be able to get to the next screen if the required fields aren’t filled in. Apologies if I didn’t describe the issue properly!

    Is there any way to prevent the users from clicking ‘Next’ if they haven’t filled out the required fields.

    Hi, is it possible to get an update on this? As I mentioned the video shows the behavior we wish to avoid. We need to prevent the users from getting to the next screen if they haven’t filled out all the required fields, is this possible?
