• I’m having a problem getting the ticket to populate in Freshdesk. It gives me error like ‘group_id has to be positive value’. I looked at the ticketed fields in FD and saw it was required for an agent. There is also an automated rule that will set it if a ticket gets created without it. But this isn’t working as it never gets into FD. Do all Ticket Fields that are required for agent need to be on the form? And if so, how do we get values like it’s talking about in the error? I tried adding a field group_id and a default value that was a valid value ‘ecommerce support’ in this case, but it didn’t accept it and still gave me same error. I can’t find anything about this in documentation. Thanks.
