I use the newest version of wordpress and also use the latest updated version of profile press.

I removed some features in the register form and also added “required” to every single text field.

It worked fine, users had to fill in all form details in order to register.

All of a sudden it does not work anymore and users can register with only their username and e-mail address? WHY?

I need the username, first name , last name , email and password to be inserted in order for the user to proceed!

How can i get this to work for the not paid version?? I don’t want additional fields, i just want the ones showing to “Require”

    Thanks in advance!

Adding the required attribute to the shortcode causes the browser to add a client-side validation to the form which ofcourse isn’t bulletproof.

To include the validation on the server level, am afraid you have to upgrade to PRO.
