Required Fields not validated at checkout

    Hi there, for some reason some of the newly created fields(drop downs) are not validated when set as required as opposed to required text boxes which are being validated. Please help as the dropdowns also have price values on selection.

    Lastly how can I move the “Create Account” button to above the billing section or below additional information.
