required permission to create a ticket

Hi there and thanks for this plugin.
unfortunately in my case, my users cannot create tickets, they only see the search box. since my setup have customized user roles, I’m looking for the permission required for users to be able to create a ticket.Tip for other ppl: For support providers, there is a convenient role, called “Agent”. Awesome!
