Required plugin, WP Product Review ??

  • Why on earth does the latest version of Flat have a required plugin? On top of that, why is it a product review plugin?

    I have enjoyed using Flat for its simplicity and its aesthetic, but if it’s becoming the WordPress equivalent of bundleware then I’ll be leaving my 1-star review at the door and migrating to something else.

  • Hi Dave,

    You’re not required to install WP Product Review. It’s a recommended plugin and it’s not inside the theme folder. You can dismiss the message and use the theme without any issues. ??
