The whole metabox is missing? Does it show if only BadgeOS core is installed?

Would you be willing to share a screenshot of the whole post editor page, if possible?

Same problem…I don’t see the “Achievement data portion of the screen”

    Screenshots….

    middle third

Have you checked your screen options to make sure it’s not just hidden, but is available?

You’d want to check the screen options for the post editor screen for the achievement type, not your dashboard index. The screen options dropdown changes based on context.

    Here are the Screen options

I’m so confused right now :-/

robrownsensus, can you try and confirm it showing as expected with any achievement type that isn’t “level” ? We’ve had conflicts with that as an achievement type in the past, and curious if that’s occurring again right now.

believe me I’m as confused as you, because the steps metabox should be showing up.

    Michael,

Thanks for your attention to this matter. If nothing more, just knowing that it’s not me (this time, LOL) makes me feel a little better.

That said, I created a test badge and i don’t see it there either…

    test badge bottom

Are you able to disable everything but the BadgeOS plugin? There must be a conflict of some sort coming from somewhere, just a matter of finding where.

    Michael,

Out of pure fear, I tried to use wpachievements instead of BadgeOS because I didn’t want to risk messing up things us with the 20 plugins I have working correctly… when that failed miserably, I deactivated every plugin, then activated BadgeOS to no avail. Then I switched my theme (University from ThemeForest) to TwentyFifteen and activated BadgeOS it works…

It turns out that University theme uses this OptionTree plugin which does some stuff with meta-boxes. Apparently, there’s some kind of conflict.

Wholly believable to me. However, I don’t have any sort of solution for it either without having a test site to dive into and debug.
