Required to register account w/ Bontact prior to using, but doesn't work.

you must have account to use chat feature. when I try to go to their website as instructed to sign up for an account, there was nothing showing on their site except for their own website’s chat window, so I thought well maybe this is how I create an account – I have to contact them first. Well, I tried to contact them using their own product, and once I started using the features of this plug-in I realized that it’s pretty clunky and that it’s very confusing. It doesn’t tell you what’s going on and will actually freeze on you multiple times. Potential customers would just leave rather than sit there and hope a message went through – just like I did. If there’s something I missed and that’s pointed out to me, I’m open to changing this review.
