Requirements for better usability in the backend

When working with a bigger number of scenes (10+) and hotspots (15+), the back end becomes quite confusing, because each scene is only shown as symbol and not with a preview.
Additionally you can not change the sequence of scenes and hotspots.

Here are my requirements for better usability in the backend:
1. Preview pictures of scenes in the backend
2. Drag and drop functionality to change the sequence of scenes in the backend list
3. Drag and drop functionality to change the sequence of hot spots in the backend list
