Requires expensive setups to work properly

For a product that costs $10, you’d think it would work fine with shared hosting sites, which most people with $10 to spend are using. The plugin hangs often and gets unresponsive, even with only 4 playlists. The developer although pretty responsive to emails, is rude when he answers them. He was very insulting and seemed annoyed when I asked for support on something I PAID for. Customer support gets ZERO stars. The plugin as it is gets about 2.5 stars. It’s supposed to save you time but I’ve spent hours trying to get it to work. It would have probably been faster to import the youtube videos manually. You get what you pay for. Avoid this plugin unless you have a dedicated server and a ton of patience.
