• Installed and tested it. First thing is that the member registration page (via shortcode) only asks for FIRST, LAST & EMAIL. Yet the member database has default fields for the usual things like address, phone number, etc. How do you display and get that info? You have to BUY a $49 plug-in. There is no apparent way to make the registration page get complete new member info without it. Sorry, but I’m not even going to bother with further testing of a badly crippled plug-in.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are facing some issue with the plugin.

First thing is that the member registration page (via shortcode) only asks for FIRST, LAST & EMAIL.

Please check the following documentation to see the registration process which has more than 3 fields as you pointed out above.

Please create a support ticket from the following link and we will try to help:

    Thank you

This makes registration useless. If we can’t get the new member’s address, city, state, ZIP, phone and other basic info UP FRONT when they register, they won’t bother to give them later. My review is correct. You have to PAY for an add-on to get basic functionality that other membership managers provide up front.

What good is filing a support ticket going to do if there is no way to present those other (hidden) fields without paying for an add-in?

I understand what you mean. Thank you for your 1 star review. I hope you find the correct membership plugin for your site.

    Kind regards

The plugin is FREE. They have to make some money somewhere.
