Resend email to new email address

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” <- this shows up on my dashboard but the email has sent to a wrong email address which doesn’t belong to me, anyone know how can i get wordpress to resend me the email?

If i can’t get this fix I am unable to see all my pages neither adding new page.
