Resend gift card to different email

    I have a customer who purchased a gift card and entered the wrong email address of the recipient. She has asked me to resend the gift card to a different email address. How do I do this?

    Currently it isn’t possible to resend the email to the recipients. Instead, you can pull up the Order and see the Gift Card Number in the admin area. Send the number to the correct recipients.

    The customer who purchased the gift card can also see the number if they go to Order History and view the order.
