    In looking at an expired auction in the manage auctions function, I see a resend capability. I wanted to resend a “you have won” notification to a winner who is delinquent in paying. However I get the message, “email cannot be sent” when I tried to resend.

    Is there something I need to do different to make this work? Or does it just not work?

    Thank you for the plugin it did exactly what I wanted for an auction to raise funds for a worthwhile project.

    Alternatively can the plugin send copies of the winner notification to the email receiving bid notifications in the setup instead of the WordPress email? That way I would have a copy of it going out I could use to resend.

    Hi @jeff41 ,

    If you are getting “Email cannot be sent” then that might happen when paypal settings might not be set correctly. Could you please confirm if “winning notification” was sent the first time? If it has been sent then resent will work else both wont. So please check paypal settings and do see if first notification was sent or not.

    With regards to second question, plugin does not have an explicit feature to send bid notification emails.
