Resend Order Emails -> New Order QTY field not reflecting refunds

Using stock, up-to-date WC and Storefront theme.
Issue:
1. Receive a new order with qty 10 widgets
2. Refund 5 widgets, save order
3. Execute Order Actions -> Resend Order Emails -> New OrderThe New Order email still shows qty 10 widgets sold, not 5.
