“Resend post to subscribers” missing on CPT

Hi there,

I’m using this plugin to allow users to subscribe to the Event Categories (that come with Modern Tribe’s The Events Calendar) however, the checkbox for “Resend post to subscribers” is missing on this post type. It is there for regular posts. Is this normal or am I missing something in the settings?

I would prefer NOT to send update notifications because the recurring events are common and they get notified of ALL of them. Rather, I would just want them to see the original publish notification but without this checkbox, it seems to send automatically.

Any help would be appreciated!
