Reservation Booking on Mobile Phone

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue. But I would like to inform you that we haven’t received any similar complaints from other customers. 

So may I ask you what theme you use and if you tried to use one of the default WordPress themes? Also, I suggest you try disabling other plugins that you have installed. Perhaps there’s some conflict that leads to this kind of issue with the booking confirmation page. 

Hi there, The WordPress template i am using is The7 Hotel Template. What i noticed is that on a mobile phone when you click Reserve / Book the screen displays 1; Accommodation Type 2; Choose additional services 3; Your Information. So all fields display correctly on the screen. Only when one enters the Accommodation section the No of Adults, Children and your Name does the Your Information area go blank.

Hi there, can I please get a response to this issue? The client wants to go live with the website on 1 April so it is crucial that i resolve this prior to putting the website live.

Please this is the last issue outstanding and my client wants to go live with the website at the end of this month. I do believe that most users will be using their cellphones to access the website and therefore this issue becomes imperative that we fix it.

Sorry for the delay. 

Please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin has nothing to do with the issue that you currently have. Take a look at how your booking confirmation page is built and what happens with the “Accommodation Types” widget or the sidebar when you select the number of guests on mobile devices. Well, even without it, the “Accommodation Types” widget overlaps the “Book Now” button and this is exactly why it’s not visible on mobile devices. But, for a yet unknown reason, when you select the number of guests, the sidebar extends its height, slides up, and covers the form too. 

I tried to play with “z-index” and sidebar positions, but I still can’t seem to understand why it extends its height so much when you select the number of guests. Most likely that the reason is in the theme that you use or in the way you built the page.
